Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

When you use the chat service, your messages are sent to our AI model for processing. We do not permanently store conversation content on our servers. Conversations exist only in your browser's local storage.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account authentication and billing communications only. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Usage metrics (token counts, request counts) are tracked per account for billing and rate limiting purposes. These metrics do not include message content.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe and/or cryptocurrency payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

4. Data Storage

Your conversations are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Clearing your browser data will delete your conversation history. We do not have access to your conversation history.

Account data (email, plan, usage statistics) is stored on our servers with encryption at rest.

5. AI Model

Our AI model runs on dedicated GPU infrastructure. Your prompts are processed in real-time and are not used for training or fine-tuning. We do not log prompt content.

6. Cookies

We use a JSON Web Token (JWT) stored in your browser for authentication. No tracking cookies are used. No third-party analytics are embedded.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data from our servers. You can export your conversation history from your browser's local storage. Contact us at privacy@cyanide-ai.com for data requests.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
